　　2. Discharge of major pollutants and control measures

　　1. Exhaust gas

　　The main air pollution sources are the flue gas generated by the melting and holding furnace, the oil mist generated by the volatilization of the cooling oil of the cold rolling mill and the foil rolling mill, the exhaust gas of the primer and the surface coating, the exhaust gas of solidification and drying, and the combustion flue gas of the hot blast stove.

　　(1) The flue gas produced by the melting and holding furnace

　　The main pollutants in the flue gas produced by the melting and holding furnace during the production process are soot, SO2, and NOx. The exhaust gas after desulfurization and dust removal treatment is monitored and discharged.

　　(2) The oil mist produced by the volatilization of the cooling oil of the rolls of cold rolling mills and foil rolling mills

　　During the operation of the cold rolling mill and the foil rolling mill, the rolling oil is fully lubricated and cooled by the rolling oil cooling method, and the rolling oil volatilizes when heated to produce oil mist. In the project, an air collecting hood is installed on the top of the rolling mill, and the collected oil mist exhaust gas is purified by an oil mist purifier and discharged after monitoring to reach the standard. The recovered oil is re-entered into the system for recycling.

　　(3) Exhaust gas from primer and top coat

　　Aluminum plates and aluminum coils produce a certain amount of exhaust gas containing organic solvents in the process of primer and top coating. The main components of the exhaust gas are toluene and xylene, which are discharged through the skylights of the workshop.

　　(4) Curing and drying exhaust gas

　　A certain amount of organic waste gas is produced during the curing and drying (solidification) process of aluminum plate and aluminum coil. The main component is benzene. The organic waste gas is treated by the catalytic combustion method of catalytic combustion furnace, and the waste heat of combustion is used to heat the rinse water. , The exhaust gas after combustion is discharged through the exhaust cylinder, the combustion products are CO, CO2 and water vapor, and a small amount of exhaust gas is not completely burned, and the main components are toluene and xylene, which are discharged through monitoring.

　　(5) Combustion flue gas of hot blast stove

　　The drying room in the color-coated board production workshop uses hot air generated by a hot blast stove as a heat source, and the hot blast stove uses natural gas imported from the plant as a raw material, and the flue gas generated by combustion is discharged through monitoring.

　　2. Wastewater

　　Enterprise wastewater is mainly domestic sewage and production sewage.

　　(1) Domestic sewage

　　The domestic sewage of the project is mainly for staff washing hands and flushing toilets, and the domestic sewage of the plant is treated by the "septic tank (grease trap) + underground integrated facility". The treated domestic sewage is discharged to the Shagou River on the east side of the plant site after being monitored and discharged to Yiluo.

　　①Degreasing waste liquid

　　The purpose of degreasing the aluminum plate and aluminum coil is to remove the residue on the surface to ensure the quality of the color coating. The degreasing liquid is replaced once every six months, and the degreasing liquid is added regularly during the rest of the time to ensure product quality. The degreasing waste liquid generated is collected and discharged into the production wastewater treatment station for treatment and monitored for discharge.

　　②Degreasing and rinsing wastewater

　　The purpose of rinsing the aluminum plate and aluminum coil after degreasing is to remove the degreasing liquid remaining on the surface, and the cleaning water is recycled in the cleaning unit. In order to ensure the cleaning quality, the rinsing water in the washing machine needs to be replaced every two days to add new water. This part of the waste water is collected and discharged into the production wastewater treatment station for treatment and then monitored to meet the discharge standards.

　　③Color coating curing water and cold water

　　After the color coating is solidified, it needs to be cooled. After being air-cooled, it is cooled with water. The water used in this place is consumable.

　　④ Equipment cooling water

　　The cooling water of transformers, cold rolling mills, hot rolling mills and other equipment is indirect cooling water.

　　No changes have occurred. The indirect cooling water is equipped with a clean circulating water system, which is recycled after cooling treatment and is not discharged outside.

　　⑤Drainage of softened water system

　　In order to ensure the quality of rinsing, the aluminum plate is rinsed with softened water. The color-coated sheet production line has built a set of softened water preparation equipment, which is shared with the color-coated coil production line. The soft water preparation adopts the sodium ion exchange resin method. The generated wastewater, which is alkalescent, is collected and discharged into the wastewater treatment station for treatment and monitoring to meet the discharge standards.

　　3. Solid waste

　　The solid waste produced by the project is mainly aluminum scraps produced by milling, cutting head and tail; aluminum slag produced by melting furnace; waste diatomaceous earth produced by oil purification for rolling and cooling; waste emulsion produced by hot rolling lubrication and cooling; wastewater treatment Station bottom mud; phosphating residue, waste paint buckets, waste lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, etc., as well as domestic solid waste generated by the lives of employees.
